Welcome to Freedom Memorials

Through this shop you can make a donation or purchase a raffle ticket (when available). If you select 'Gift Shop' from our main menu under The Memorial, you will find some free poster and sticker graphics.

We use a gateway (PayPal) to process credit card transactions. PayPal offers us the best overall rates and gives you the option of paying with your credit card. You do not have to become a PayPal member. They are PCI compliant per the PCI Security Standards as set forth by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council.

Support/contribution data is first entered in our shopping cart. We do not ask for sensitive credit card information. When you click the 'Submit' button on the final page, your order information is sent to the gateway processor. When you are on their secure site, you enter your credit card information. They handle 100% of the processing. This is good for us since we do not have to store and secure personal credit information.

Refund Policy:  If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Freedom Memorials, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund, call +1 (919) 662-1850 or send an e-mail to director@FreedomMemorials.org. You will need to supply a copy of your original receipt. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution or by Freedom Memorials check if the donation was made via a check or cash. We do not make refunds on raffle tickets because registration numbers are sent to participants.  We will make a full refund of your gift purchase (when available) if you are not completely satisfied providing the item is returned in its original packaging with your receipt within 30 days of delivery.  By making a donation or ordering from us, you agree to our Refund Policy.
