Raleigh,
NC February 14, 2008 -- For Immediate Release -- Freedom Memorials
premieres the National Afghanistan & Iraq Freedom Reigns Memorial
via their new Web Site.
Freedom Memorials
(www.freedommemorials.org) will honor the heroes from the United
States and our coalition allies lost in
the Afghanistan and Iraq wars using innovative, etched black
surgical stainless steel tributes developed specifically for
this memorial. The National Afghanistan & Iraq Freedom Reigns Memorial
will be a living monument, as are other local and state commemorations.
The National
Afghanistan & Iraq Freedom Reigns Memorial is destined
for Thunderbird Park, adjacent to the prestigious 45th Infantry
Division Museum in Oklahoma City, OK. This memorial is designed
to remember the fallen like no other in the world. Jason Savage,
designer and project director, affirmed, “When you place
a name, tribute and a face together, the reality of these hero’s
sacrifices, what each has given for our freedom, elicits a personal
contemplation and thankfulness for the life we have. We view
these loses with a different perspective.”
