This upload has specific guidelines. If you can meet them it would be helpful. Carefully follow the instructions regarding the digital format on the Photo Guidelines page. This page deals with soldier tribute photos, but the same guidelines apply. The photo must be a .jpg image. The dimensions and image size should meet the specified criteria. If you are not thoroughly familiar with a program like Photoshop and the use of a scanner, you may want to elect the No Electronic Photo option preceding the Comments box.
To upload your photo, browse to your folder location and double click on the file. There is a 1MB size limitation. You can only upload one (1) file.
